I was satisfied with the big room, there were a drier, terry robes, and towels just in case...

I got complimentary a double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Really enjoyed walk-in showers in my private bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to lovely restaurants like Nomad and Cafe de epices, and also Terrasse la Maison des epice and also Terrasse la Maison des epice and the Medina.

We greatly enjoyed the room; it was spacious and huge and had a safe, a seating area, and a writing desk. the hotel was close enough to the main square and lovely restaurants like Nomad and Cafe de Epices. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near the medina, the Secret Garden, and the Atlas Mountains.

The hotel offers free breakfast, which is like starting your day with a delicious feast. The roundtrip airport shuttle was a game-changer, saving me from the hassle of finding my way through the winding streets. The terrace was a hidden gem, providing a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city. The indoor pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The rooms were equipped with all the comforts I needed, from premium bedding to a laptop-friendly workspace.
Limited car parking.

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic time. The cozy, well-designed rooms were a delight. The riad's location was both central and peaceful, with convenient access to the main square. The breakfast provided was delicious. The management team, including Zouhair and Issam, were extraordinarily caring and helpful, offering to print boarding passes, providing early breakfasts. The only minor drawback was that the rooms were not soundproof, but the beautiful authentic doors made up for it. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. The service and care provided by the staff made it a truly wonderful experience.

Loved the free breakfast and the terrace. The manager was great and the Wi-Fi was free. Safety features everywhere.
The noise from the traditional doors was such a small compromise for the beautiful interior.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was amazing, with everything we needed within walking distance. The room was also very spacious and comfortable with a great shower, just what we needed after a long day exploring. On top of that, the breakfast was a great start to the day with a good variety of options to choose from.
One slight inconvenience was the hot water running out during a shower, which is never fun. not all members of staff were as honest or helpful as others, and the tour guide arranged by the hotel wasn't great.
